Product Return Policy
- Spa Ceylon will accept any product that the customer is not happy with and will refund the price of the product (excluding courier) in full or replace with another product of the customer’s choice. The product has to be returned to the Spa Ceylon Store within 30 days from purchase, together with the invoice/receipt received from Spa Ceylon at the time of the original purchase. Customer has to bear the courier charges of the replacement product if they are unable to come through to the store. Products should be in an unopened and sellable conditions in order to return/ exchange.
- Items on Sale or discounted items cannot be returned/ exchanged.
- Gift Certificates/ Vouchers cannot be returned/ exchanged.
